Supporting the Oncology Department
A donation to the Dawson Creek and District Hospital Foundation is a thoughtful way to honor someone whose life has been impacted by cancer. Your gift can recognize milestones in a cancer survivor’s life or express the sense of loss when someone loses their battle with this disease. Once your gift is received, the Foundation will send a card to the honoree or family acknowledging your gift.

There are two categories of Leaf:
Conquered Cancer to remind us of those who have won this battle, and Loving Legacy, to memorialize those who fought valiantly, but left us before a cure could be found.

MEDIUM LEAVES are purchased through a donation of $250.
LARGE LEAVES are purchased with a donation of $500

All proceeds will be applied towards the maintenance and purchase of equipment in the Cancer Unit.
